If you want to purchase a Cookbook by check for $5.00 (no shipping charge) and arrange for pick-up in person, contact David Cranston at 518-696-2900 (In this case, do not send us an order form or your payment. We will collect the $5.00 from you when we hand you the Cookbook). David can also deliver a Cookbook to you (no delivery charge) between Lake Luzerne and the northern suburbs of Albany.
